Siok Yin has over 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial services and she is a specialist in compliance matters relating to incorporation of companies with ACRA. She is competent in matters relating to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and advise clients on internal controls related to PDPA.
Siok Yin has supported clients from diverse industries on ACRA compliance matters and keeping abreast on their obligations under the Companies Act. Her work focusses on incorporations and due diligence in accordance with the local regulatory requirements.
