She has a wealth of experience of more than 50 years in the accounting, corporate secretarial, corporate and tax industry. She provides accounting and other related business advisory to clients for their business strategies, operations, and internal control structures.
Mdm Koh is a veteran in the accounting industry and her portfolio of clients span across diverse industries from local to multi-national companies in key areas such as financial services, manufacturing & trading, real estate & construction, retail, and hospitality, amongst many others.
She has vast experience and in-depth knowledge in providing accounting services to companies from different industries and of various sizes and complexity.

Jia Yi has over 18 years of experience in the accounting industry. She provides business advisory advice to clients for their business strategies, operations and internal control structures. She has led various teams of multi-faceted professionals to provide personalised consultations for diverse businesses and performed in-depth analysis for her clients’ growth and businesses developments.
She has a wealth of experience in carrying out statutory audits, special audits, assurance engagements, financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions as well as other corporate finance related work in accordance with internationally recognised accounting and auditing standards, and the local regulatory requirements.
Jia Yi can understand diverse business needs; she has experience working in international accounting firms in Singapore and Hong Kong. Her area of focus was in providing assurance and corporate advisory services to local and multinational clients. Her portfolio of clients encompasses industries from investments, property, construction, retail, trading, hospitality and manufacturing companies amongst others.
She is a Public Accountant registered with ACRA, member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), CPA Australia and an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Provisional GST).
Jia Yi is also our Key Appointment Holder and Director in our related company, Metropolitan Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. which is a fully licensed employment agency by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Chyanne has over 17 years of requisite knowledge and experience pertaining to all administrative, statutory requirements and regulatory compliance-related functions for companies. Her work focusses supporting clients with incorporations, due diligence and work visas applications in accordance with the local regulatory requirements.
She is also a registered Qualified Individual with ACRA and she has also been appointed as a Compliance Officer who is responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance, financial crime, AML/KYC, customer due diligence and operational risk.
Chyanne assists our clients in administrative, corporate advisory and fiduciary support. Her extensive knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks in various industries ensures that clients meet regulatory compliance and corporate obligations.
Additionally, Chyanne has about 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, helping clients and expatriates lease commercial and residential spaces. She is also well-versed in assisting clients on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) matters such as the appointment of Data Protection Officers (DPO) and securing of clients’ data.
Hui Lan has a wealth of experience of over 22 years in the accounting and HR industry. She provides accounting, GST, corporate advisory, HR and Payroll, and work pass services to various clients.
She is a Certified Employment Agency (EA) Personnel specialising in assistance for work passes applications, HR and Payroll related services. She is also an Accredited Tax Advisor (GST) and has vast experience in accounts and GST related matters. She provides accounting and business advisory to clients and attend to their business needs, growth and development.
In addition, Hui Lan has expertise in HR and Payroll function. She advises clients on human resource and work passes matters. She has good knowledge in statutory requirements for payroll-related matters and helps clients process all work passes such as Employment Passes (EP) and other special work passes. She can identify and meet varying clients’ needs and requirements regarding HR and Payroll matters. She advises clients on payroll issues such as wages, fair employment and personal income tax.
Hui Lan is experienced in several accounting software and she is also an accredited advisor for Xero cloud accounting system. She is also well-versed in assisting clients on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) matters such as the appointment of Data Protection Officers (DPO) and securing of clients’ data.
With her wide range of knowledge, Hui Lan ensures our clients have good advice and plan, particularly when it comes to HR and Payroll and employment matters.
Lionel is the Manager of Client Services. He is also the manager of our related company, Metropolitan Corporate Advisory, an employment agency firm which is fully licensed by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
With over 12 years of experience, he assists and advises clients on matters relating to working in Singapore, formulating a business plan for use in grants and work pass applications services (e.g., Employment Passes and Entrepreneur Passes etc).
Lionel also assists and advises clients on nominee services for foreigners looking to set up companies and doing business in Singapore.
He has worked in various organisations and management capacities across different industries such as publishing, trade exhibitions and conference organising, public relations, business services, membership services and training.
He also has extensive experience in international business and management through his various travels for work throughout North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Lionel also has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). Lionel has the expertise in conducting staff training/seminars for varying clients’ needs. His varied experiences in various industries help clients in their corporate advisory needs in the areas of training and development as well as setting up businesses in Singapore.
Annie has over 23 years of experience in corporate secretarial service which includes all aspects of corporate secretarial compliance, business registration, corporate restructuring, cessation of business and customer due diligence. In her role, she helps clients stay in compliance with statutory filing requirements, customer due diligence and trademark registrations. Our clients have always remarked positively on Annie’s professional, proactive and good service quality.

Siok Yin has over 8 years of experience in corporate secretarial services and she is a specialist in compliance matters relating to incorporation of companies with ACRA. She is competent in matters relating to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and advise clients on internal controls related to PDPA.
Siok Yin has supported clients from diverse industries on ACRA compliance matters and keeping abreast on their obligations under the Companies Act. Her work focusses on incorporations and due diligence in accordance with the local regulatory requirements.
