Madame Koh Hui Liak
Mdm Koh is the founder and Managing Director of the company since 1971. She has led and developed the company since its incorporation to achieve its success today as one of the top corporate service providers for ACRA filing.
She has a wealth of experience of more than 40 years in the accounting, corporate secretarial, corporate and tax industry.
Mdm Koh is a veteran in the accounting industry and her portfolio of clients span across numerous industries from local to multi-national companies in key areas such as financial services, manufacturing & trading, real estate & construction, retail and hospitality, amongst many others.
She was appointed by DP Bureau (ACRA’s appointed business registration and filing service bureau) as a professional corporate consultant to provide corporate services and advice to SMEs.
She provides accounting and other related corporate advisory to clients for their business strategies, operations and internal control structures.
Ms Lim Jia Yi, Nicole
Jia Yi has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting industry. She manages and oversees the daily operations and HR affairs of the company. She provides corporate advisory work to clients for their business strategies, operations and internal control structures. She is also in charge of the corporate strategy and business development of the company.
She has a wealth of experience in carrying out statutory audits, special audits, assurance engagements, financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions as well as other corporate finance related work in accordance with internationally recognised accounting and auditing standards, and the local regulatory requirements.
Jia Yi has also experience working in international accounting firms in Singapore and Hong Kong. Her area of focus was in providing assurance and corporate advisory services to local and multinational clients. Her portfolio of clients encompasses industries from investments, property, construction, retail, trading, hospitality and manufacturing companies amongst others.
She is a Public Accountant registered with ACRA, member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), CPA Australia and an accredited tax advisor (Provisional GST) with the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.
Ms Annie Cheong
Manager, Corporate Secretarial
Annie has more than 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial service which includes all aspects of corporate secretarial compliance, business registration, corporate restructuring, cessation of business and customer due diligence.
Her portfolio of clients include those in manufacturing, education, property development, food and beverages, investment holding, shipping and trading etc. Annie’s has also handled international accounts including those from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
She is a registered Qualified Individual with ACRA and she has also been appointed as a Compliance Officer who is responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance, financial crime, AML/KYC, customer due diligence and operational risk.
Ms Chyanne Lim
Manager, Corporate Secretarial
Chyanne has more than 15 years of requisite knowledge and experience pertaining to all administrative, statutory requirements and regulatory compliance-related functions for start-ups and small enterprises. Her work focusses on incorporations, due diligence and work visas applications in accordance with the local regulatory requirements. She is also a registered Qualified Individual with ACRA and she has also been appointed as a Compliance Officer who is responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance, financial crime, AML/KYC, customer due diligence and operational risk.
Her core roles include administrative, advisory and fiduciary support. Her extensive knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks in various industries ensures that clients meet regulatory compliance and all corporate obligations.
Additionally, Chyanne has about 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, helping clients and expatriates lease commercial and residential spaces.
Ms Koo Ful Lan- Manager
HR & Accounts
Ful Lan has a wealth of experience of more than 15 years in the accounting industry. Ful Lan is in charge of the accounting, HR and Payroll department.
She is a Certified Employment Agency (EA) Personnel specialising in assisting for work passes application, payroll and HR related services. She is also an Accredited Tax Advisor (GST) and has practical experience in full set of accounts and GST related matters. She provides accounting and corporate advisory to clients in accounting and GST related matters.
In addition, Ful Lan has expertise in HR and Payroll function. She provides clients with advisory on human resource and work passes matters. She has vast knowledge in statutory requirements for payroll-related matters and helps clients process all work passes such as Employment Passes (EP) and other special work passes. She can identify and meet varying clients’ needs and requirements regarding payroll and HR matters. She advises clients on payroll issues such as wages, fair employment and personal income tax.
Her portfolio of clients ranges widely from industries including retail, information technology, construction, freight and logistics, manufacturing, shipping and investment holding etc.
Ms Huan See Chek
See Chek has more than 20 years of experience in accounting industry. She specialises in providing accounting, goods and service tax GST, and business advisory to clients.
She is an Accredited Tax Advisory (GST) and leads a team of professionals in the accounting department. She helps to oversee the accounting department and provide consultancy services for accounting and other related business issues. See Chek is also well versed in GST-related matters and internal control procedures for many industries.
See Chek also has experience in Payroll function. She advises clients on payroll issues such as wages, fair employment and personal income tax.
Her portfolio of customers encompasses a range of diverse industries including property, construction, engineering, freight and logistics, biomedical and e-commerce, amongst many others.
Mr Lionel Koh
Manager, Client Services
Lionel Koh is the Manager of Client Services. He is also the manager of our associate firm, Metropolitan Corporate Advisory, an employment agency firm which is fully licensed by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
He assists and advises clients on matters relating to working in Singapore, formulating a business plan for use in grants and work pass applications services (e.g. Employment Passes and Entrepreneur Passes etc).
Lionel also assists and advises clients on nominee services for foreigners looking to set up companies and doing business in Singapore.
He has worked in various organisations and management capacities across different industries such as publishing, trade exhibitions and conference organising, public relations, business services, membership services and training.
He also has extensive experience in international business and management through his various travels for work throughout North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Lionel also has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
Lionel has the expertise in conducting staff training/seminars for varying clients’ needs.
